The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is VIZIONTECH, trading as Wisway, Dovzhenka 53, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76026, Ukraine, registration code (EDRPOU) 46102896, represented by Olga Shlemko. Contact: contact@wisway.ai.

Wisway offers its services to organisations in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States. Where you are located in one of these jurisdictions, the data protection law of that jurisdiction applies to our processing of your data in addition to Ukrainian law.

We process the name, email address, company and role you enter when you book a call or email us. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, and the pages viewed.

If you request an AI-generated pilot brief, your workflow, challenge description and optional context are sent through Lovable AI for processing with your agreement. Do not enter personal customer data or confidential documents. The form and resulting brief are not saved in our application database and are cleared when you reload the page; service providers may process request data under their own policies. Booking remains a separate action.

We use your enquiry data to respond to you and to schedule calls. In the EU and UK the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request). In Canada and the United States we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form or booking.

We process server log data to keep the website secure and stable. In the EU and UK the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

No analytics cookies are set without your consent. If analytics are added in future, we will ask for your consent through a consent banner before any such data is collected.

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Cal.com (scheduling), Lovable (hosting and AI brief generation), and Google (email). Where these providers transfer data outside the European Union or the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Because the controller is established in Ukraine, personal data you provide may be accessed from Ukraine. Ukraine is not currently subject to an EU or UK adequacy decision. We limit the data we collect to what is needed to respond to you, store it with EU-hosted providers where available, protect it with access controls and encryption in transit, and apply the Standard Contractual Clauses as the safeguard for any onward transfer.

We offer services to people in the EU and the UK from outside those territories. Our processing is occasional, limited to business contact details, does not include special categories of data and is unlikely to result in a risk to your rights, so we rely on the exemption from appointing a representative under Art. 27(2) GDPR and Art. 27(2) UK GDPR. If this changes, we will appoint a representative and name them here.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer where applicable commercial and tax law requires it. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact contact@wisway.ai. We respond within one month.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence or workplace (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). If you are in Canada, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. In Ukraine, oversight of personal data protection is exercised by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies unless stated otherwise. The Cal.com booking window may set cookies required for scheduling to work.
